We took our 2 kids ages 10 and 8, our dog and my in-laws and we had plenty of room! The place was a good locating making it easy to get to any of our destinations for the day. There was a grocery store and gas station at the entrance to the neighborhood which was very convenient. The hot tub was great for the kids! The electric lock on the door was great so that you did not have to keep track of an extra set of keys. Toby was excellent and she was always quick to respond to our many questions. We were told the pace had a fire pit, which it didn't, but Toby and Sue were able to provide us with one we could use in the driveway! The furniture was a bit dated and worn but it was still comfy. Wifi was spotty for our cell phones but my computer picked it with no issues. Having satellite tv was great for those rainy times although the TV itself was an old rear projection type. The driveway leading up to the place has broken off on the left side as you go up the steep curve so just pay attention. All in all it is a very nice place and Toby was great to work with.
